UM has 2 (two) administrative implementation bureaus, namely the Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs, Planning, Information and Cooperation (BAKPIK), as well as the General and Financial Bureau (BUK).

Functionally, the Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs, Planning, Information and Cooperation, is led by a Head of Bureau who reports to the Chancellor. On a day-to-day basis, this bureau coaching is carried out by the Vice Rector I in the academic field, Vice Rector II in the general and financial fields, Vice Rector III in the fields of student and alumni affairs, and Vice Rector IV in the fields of planning, information systems, communication and cooperation.

The organizational structure of the Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs, Planning, Information and Cooperation consists of three parts and one Functional Group: (1) The Academic Section carries out academic administration and evaluation, registration and statistics, academic facilities; (2) The Planning and Information System Division is responsible for carrying out the administration of academic and physical planning, data collection and management, and information services; and (3) the Student Affairs Division is tasked with carrying out the administration of interest, reasoning and student information, as well as student welfare services; (4) The Cooperation and Public Relations Division is tasked with carrying out the administration of cooperation and public relations, and (5) Group Functional Positions.

Bureau of General and Finance is an element of general administration and finance, led by a Head of Bureau who reports to the Rector. The coaching of this bureau is carried out by the Vice Chancellor II. The organizational structure of the General and Financial Bureau consists of 3 (three) sections and one functional group, namely (1) the General, Legal, Administration and State Property Section in charge of handling administrative, household, legal, administrative, and property affairs state owned; (2) The Personnel Division is tasked with carrying out administrative affairs for academic and administrative staff; and (3) the Finance Department is in charge of carrying out the administration of financing, treasury, accounting and financial reporting affairs; and (4) Group of Functional Positions.
