The student development program is structured according to the current condition of students considering that the world of student affairs always changes and develops from time to time. Basically, student development program activities can be grouped into reasoning and scientific talents, interests and abilities; well-being; social care and supporting activities.

Reasoning and Science

Student programs and activities that aim to instill a scientific attitude, stimulate creativity and innovation, increase the ability to research and write scientific works, professional understanding, and student teamwork, both at universities and between universities at home and abroad.

This activity can take the form of; National Student Scientific Week (PIMNAS); Student Creativity Program (PKM); National Achievement Student (Mawapres); Cooperative education, Soft Skill Training, ESQ Network, and other similar activities.

Talents, Interests and Abilities

Student programs and activities that aim to improve student abilities in practical management, organization, foster appreciation of sports and arts, scouting, state defense, love of nature, journalism, and social service.

This activity can take the form of; Student Management Skills Training (LKMM), National Student Sports Week (POMNAS), POM ASEAN, Universiade; National Student Art Week (PEKSIMINAS); Student Scouts; Student Regiment; Nature Lovers Student (Mapala); Campus Magazine Publishing; Student Volunteer Corp; Entrepreneurship; and other similar activities.

Well-being

Programs that aim to improve students' physical, mental and spiritual well-being. This activity can take the form of; Scholarships, Student Dormitory / Rusunawa; Student Canteen; Student Cooperative (Kopma); Polyclinic; Student Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ); Ecclesiastical Choir Feast (Pesparawi); and other similar activities. Coordinated by LEPPA, religious activities are managed and carried out by residents of each religion: Islam by the Al Hikmah Mosque Da'wah Agency (BDM), Christianity by the Christian Student Association (IMAKRIS), Catholicism by the Catholic Family Association (IKK), and Hinduism. by Hindu Dharma Student Family (KMHD).

Social Care

The program which aims to increase community service, instill a sense of national unity and integrity, foster love for the motherland and the environment, awareness of dignified social, national and state life.

This activity can take the form of; Education Training on Prevention of Drug Abuse and Prevention of the Spread of HIV / AIDS; Development of the Assisted Village; National Voyage; Student Dialogue; and other similar activities.

Supporting Activities

Supporting activities consist of: (1) Programs that aim to improve the attitudes and abilities of lecturers in their involvement in guiding student activities. This activity can take the form of; Student Guidance Development Orientation Trainer Training (PP-OPPEK); Student Management Skills Training of Trainers (PP-LKMM); Student Reasoning Advisor / Assistant Training (PPPM), and other similar activities; (2) Programs that aim to improve facilities and infrastructure for student activities. This activity can take the form of; development of student information systems, procurement and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure for student activities, and other similar activities.
